02 · The scaling problems

7-figure mobile businesses hit unique scaling problems. This room exists to solve them together.

01

Expansion

You're at the point where you're dominating your city and have lots of recurring business, but you're getting close to the ceiling.

What’s next?

How do you launch in other cities? What about other states? How do you know when it's time to introduce new services? How do you even go about that?

02

Operations

Running and scaling a 7-figure business can sometimes feel like a hamster wheel. You're trying as hard as you can to keep up, and if you step off, the business will crash and burn.

At least that's how it feels…

But does it have to be that way?

What if you could structure your business in a way that takes you out of the “key man” role and allows it to sustain and grow without you?

03

Going From Founder to CEO

As you are approaching or passing $1M in revenue, you will need to start transitioning from founder to CEO.

(Don’t worry, you’ll always be a founder at heart.)

But how?

How do you become a leader? How do you make decisions as a CEO?

How do you manage cash flow? How do you know when to reinvest or save profits?

04

Positioning

Strengthening your positioning as a growing mobile business can unlock new opportunities for scale.

How can you reposition yourself to:

  • Stand out from competition
  • Secure more recurring revenue
  • Land deals with big brands
  • Leverage new marketing channels
05

Community

Being a 7-figure founder is lonely.

You are so passionate about what you're building, but when you talk about it with friends and family, it just seems like they don't get it.

However, when you talk about it with another founder on the same path, it's like you are both tapped into the same wavelength. It just clicks.

How can you surround yourself with more business owners who are on the same journey as you?

Why we’re doing this...

ToYou FromZach Capshaw, Co-Founder of Flashquotes & Mobile Business School ReWhy we're doing this...

Hey! Zach here.

Back in June, we hosted our first ever live event called Level 5 Live.

75 mobile business owners gathered in Denver, Colorado, and it was an absolute blast. The feedback was amazing, and we are already planning the next one.

However, during the event, we noticed something.

We had conversations with a few high-level operators that were looking to go deeper.

They’ve grown their mobile business to 200+ events per year. They’ve got a team and fleet of carts. They’re approaching $1M+ in revenue, and beyond. They’re starting to experience problems that only businesses of that size will experience.

Problems like:

  • How do I launch a new city?
  • How do I build out my org chart and retain talent?
  • What new marketing strategies should I be trying?
  • How should I manage and re-invest our cash / profit?
  • How do I become a better CEO / leader?
  • Where can I connect with other founders operating at my scale?

After talking to these founders, it became clear they needed a gathering point. A place to connect and learn from other mobile operators who are already executing at the highest level.

Mobile Business Mastermind is that gathering point. It’s a summit for Level 5 operators who want to reach new heights.

If that sounds like you, I hope to see you there.

Cheers,
